I have now retired but will continue to keep this web site live as a resource in case it is helpful to people.

With 30 years experience in project management, procurement, the regulatory environment and business analysis in the Civil Service & Corporate sectors, I am familiar with the stress and strain of modern life and the need to juggle priorities.

Treating yourself as one of those priorities is key to helping you achieve your goals whether they are to stop smoking, lose weight, conquer fears or phobias; improve relationships, athletic performance; learn to relax or to manage pain, stress or anxiety.

Hypnotherapy and counselling has been found to be of significant help in achieving success all areas of life, and both BUPA & the NHS now regularly refer patients to qualified hypnotherapists and counsellors as an alternative to conventional drug treatment.
